Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to modify our product offerings at any time.

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Placing an Order

Orders for our digital habit guides may be placed through our Website or by contacting us directly. An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email with download instructions.

5.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods available on our Website. All transactions are processed securely. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

5.3 Delivery

Digital Products are delivered via email download link immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Delivery is considered complete when the download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to check spam folders if you do not receive your download promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on washvynature.world and within our Products, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, worksheets, and habit trackers, is the intellectual property of Washvynature or our licensors and is protected by Dutch copyright law, EU directives, and international treaties.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, view, and print the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

As a consumer, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board but will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis.
