At Washvynature, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our digital well-being habit guides. This Return Policy explains your rights regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for products purchased through washvynature.world, in accordance with Dutch consumer protection law and European Union regulations.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital products sold by Washvynature, including but not limited to:
- Morning Clarity Starter Kit (€24,95)
- Mindful Movement Weekly Planner (€19,95)
- Complete Well-Being Habit Bundle (€49,95)
All products are delivered as digital downloads in PDF format. No physical goods are shipped. This policy does not cover third-party products or services linked from our website.
2. Digital Product Nature
Our habit guides are digital content delivered electronically via email download link immediately upon successful payment. Because digital content can be copied and retained once downloaded, special rules apply under EU consumer law regarding the right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of the digital product, you acknowledge that:
- The download link will be sent to your email address without delay
- Once you begin downloading or accessing the content, your statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal may be lost under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU
- You have been clearly informed of this before completing your purchase
3. Fourteen-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Despite the nature of digital products, Washvynature offers a voluntary fourteen-day satisfaction guarantee on all habit guide purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of the purchase date, provided that:
- You contact us within the fourteen-day period at info@washvynature.world with your order details
- You provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations
- You have not shared, distributed, or publicly posted the content of the guide
- You delete all downloaded copies of the product from your devices upon receiving a refund
This satisfaction guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit any mandatory consumer protections available under Dutch law.
4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek) Book 6, Title 5, Section 2B.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if:
- You have expressly consented to the immediate delivery of the digital content before the withdrawal period has expired
- You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun
If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, contact us within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund without conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return under this policy, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@washvynature.world with the subject line Refund Request
- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order date, and product name
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
- Confirm that you have deleted all copies of the downloaded content from your devices

We will acknowledge your request within two business days and process eligible refunds within fourteen business days of approval.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and typically take three to ten business days after we initiate the refund.
Refunds are issued in Euros (EUR) for the full purchase price, including any applicable VAT. We do not charge restocking fees or administrative fees for eligible returns.
Once a refund is processed, your licence to use the downloaded habit guide content is revoked. Continued use of the product after receiving a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Use.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be declined in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made more than fourteen days after the purchase date without a valid reason under Dutch consumer law
- Evidence suggests the product content has been shared, resold, or distributed to third parties
- The purchase was made through an unauthorised third party or fraudulent transaction
- You have previously received a refund for the same product
- The request is made in bad faith or involves abuse of our satisfaction guarantee
If your refund request is declined, we will provide a clear written explanation of the reason and inform you of any alternative remedies available to you.
8. Defective or Incomplete Products
If you receive a defective download link, an incomplete PDF file, or a product that does not match its description on washvynature.world, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund regardless of the fourteen-day period. Contact us immediately with details of the issue, including screenshots if applicable.
We will provide a working download link or corrected file within forty-eight hours. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued automatically.
9. Bundle Purchases
If you purchased the Complete Well-Being Habit Bundle and wish to return it, the entire bundle must be returned. Partial refunds for individual guides within a bundle are not available unless a specific component is defective or missing.
If you already own one of the individual guides included in a bundle and purchased the bundle separately, contact us before buying. We may offer a personalised recommendation to avoid duplicate purchases, though we cannot guarantee partial bundle pricing.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges between products. If you purchased the wrong habit guide, you may request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee and place a new order for the correct product. Contact us if you need assistance selecting the right guide for your needs.
11. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your access to future purchases from washvynature.world.
12. Business Purchases
If you purchase our habit guides on behalf of a business or organisation and are not acting as a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Business purchases are subject to the terms agreed at the time of order. Contact us for business licensing options if you wish to use our content in a commercial setting.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may:
- Submit a complaint to the Geschillencommissie or another recognised Dutch dispute resolution body
- Use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Seek remedies through the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands, or in your country of residence if you are an EU consumer
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your return rights for that transaction.
